I am extremely unhappy about my order.
I understand you might not have all flowers available due to COVID but you should have notified me!!! I picked "Spring Smiles" bouquet bc it's supposed to have Lilacs, and NOT a single one was included.
The bouquet delivered was COMPLETELY different from what I ordered on the website.I requested Premium arrangement. What you sent is completely unacceptable, not even close to being Premium bouquet. I demand a refund for the flowers. This is ridiculous.
I sent flowers for my mom bc I can't be there physically and you provided a very poor service.
My friend really loved her bouquet from K1.I didn’t appreciate that the free shipping offer was revoked because it was out of the delivery range even though it was only a 5 minute drive from the shop.
